Mojo is a marinade sauce made from onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, orange and lemon juice. During marinating, this liquid ingredient adds flavor by soaking for a few hours and softens raw foods before cooking. It is mostly used in meat, poultry, shellfish and vegetables.
Ingredients: Inaas apple and grapefruit juice (from concentrate), vinegar, dehydrated vegetables (garlic and onion), salt, spices, herbs, bitter orange concentrate, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, preservative (potassium sorbate and sodium metabisulphite).
