Gari is een grof Cassave meel. Het wordt vaak in Afrikaanse of Indiaas keuken klaargemaakt. Gari wordt gemaakt door cassavemeel te drogen en raspen. Door dit te mengen met warm water krijg je Eba (garri) Fufu.
