It is a thicker type of rice paper, often topped with black sesame and toasted. Vietnamese locals roast it on a small grill over an open fire without adding oil, turning it every few seconds. You can also microwave it or fry it in hot vegetable for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with salad, dishes or dip in a tasty sauce.
