1. Heat a wok or frying pan and add 1 cup (240ml.) of coconut milk to the contents of the package.
2. Add 250g sliced beef or chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Add 1 cup (240 ml.) of water. Bring to a boil.
3. Add some eggplant, basil leaves and chili. al dente.
4. Add the fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
