This Japanese mochi is slightly softer in texture than regular mochi, which gives it an extra taste experience than regular mochi. It is also prepared with real Uji matcha powder from Kyoto kneaded, which gives it a rich taste.
Ingredients: Starch syrup, sugar, glutinous rice flour, starch, matcha, emulsifier, flavouring, colourings.
