This paste is made from only natural ingredients.
Requirements: 50 gram curry paste, 400 ml coconut milk, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, 400 gram fish/meat/chicken.
Preparation method (for 2 persons):
1. Stir-fry the pasta with 200 ml coconut milk until smooth.
2. Add the meat and the rest of the coconut milk. Let it cook until the meat is tender and cooked through. Then add bamboo shoots and possibly other vegetables, such as aubergines.
3. Add some fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Serve warm with, for example, Jasmine rice.
