Indonesia Boemboe Lemper Nr. 21 | 100 gram kruidenmix
Boemboe kruidenmelanges van het merk Indonesia geven jou dé mogelijkheid om je gerecht te combineren met de lekkerste smaken. Kruidenmixen van Indonesia munten uit door de uitgebalanceerde samenstelling qua smaak en aromatische karakter.
Suggestie: 500 gram Ketan, 500 gram Kip in stukjes, 2 cm Santen en plastic- of aluminiumfolie.
Bereiding: Het vlees in wat olie braden. Voeg de Indonesia Boemboe Lemper en wat water toe en meng alles door elkaar. Gebruik dit als vulling voor de Lemper.
Doe hetschoongewassen Ketan in een stomer en stoom dit ongeveer 10 minuten. Breng een kopje water aan de kook en voeg hier de Santen aan toe.
Haal de Ketan uit de stomer en meng het geheel door elkaar en stoom het vervolgens gaar in de stomer.
Rol het geheel in rolletjes in platsic- of aluminiumfolie.
