Laksa is een van de populairste gerechten uit Singapore. Laksa is met kokosmelk en Indiase, Chinese en Maleisische kruiden tot een romige, pittige curry bamisoep die je kan combineren met verschillende soorten vlees, vis en groenten.
Ingredients: Galanga, Shallots, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Salt, Red Chili, Dried Shrimps, Lemongrass, Turmeric. No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colors.

Recipe Singapore Laska (coconut curry noodle dish)
Ingredients for 3 persons:
1 packet of spice paste for Singapore Laska
2 tbsp vegetable oil
250 g chicken fillet, cut into pieces
330 ml coconut milk
220 ml of water
125 g rice vermicelli or egg noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the package
100 g bean sprouts (blanch and drain) as a garnish.
Preparation :
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and spice paste and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and water and let it simmer at low temperature for 5 minutes without a lid.
Pour the whole sauce over the noodles and garnish with the bean sprouts.
