Thais Panang kerrie pasta is heerlijke curry pasta gemaakt van alleen natuurlijke ingrediënten.
Benodigheden: 50 gram curry pasta, 400 ml cocosmelk, 2 theelepels vissaus, 400 gram vis/vlees/kip.
Bereidingswijze (voor 2 personen):
1. De pasta roerbakken met 200 ml Cocosmelk tot een smeuïg geheel.
2. Voeg het vlees en de rest van de cocosmelk erbij. Laat het geheel koken totdat het vlees zacht en gaar is.
3. Naar smaak wat vissaus, suiker en zout toevoegen en laat het geheel ongeveer 10 minuten sudderen.
4. Voeg enkele citroen bladeren toe en serveer warm met bijvoorbeeld Jasmijnrijst.

Preparation method (for 2 persons):
1. Stir-fry the pasta with 200 ml coconut milk until smooth.
2. Add the meat and the rest of the coconut milk. Let it cook until the meat is soft and cooked.
3. Add some fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Add some lemon leaves and serve warm with, for example, Jasmine rice.
