unagi kabayaki sauce Daisho is een zoete grill saus op basis van sojasaus voor gegrilde paling in Japanse stijl. Werkt ook prima als roerbaksaus of kan gebruikt worden bij andere vlees-, gevogelte-, vis- of groentegerechten.
