Van het zurige vruchtvlees maken we een heerlijk frisse pasta die kan worden gebruikt als vervanger van citroen of azijn. Uitstekend te gebruiken als smaaktoevoeging in marinades en stoofschotels.

Tamarind paste (assem / asam) is made from the fruits of the tropical tree Tamarindes Indica. We make a wonderfully fresh paste from the tart pulp that can be used as a substitute for lemon or vinegar. Excellent to use as a flavor additive in marinades and stews.
