Dua Kuali Rica Rica
Indonesian Spicy chicken or meat in hot chili paste.
Very spicy dish, but tasty.

Instructions for use:

Boil about 500g cleaned and cut chicken in plenty of water until almost cooked. (about half of the water will be left).

Add the DUA KUALI Rica Rica, bring to the boil stirring occasionally and simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Add some basil leaves when serving.
