Preparation:
1. Mix one sachet of Karaage Mix (80g) with 80ml of water to make a batter.
2. Cut 400g - 500g chicken thigh meat into bite-sized pieces and stir into the batter.
3. Deep-fry the meat at 160-170 °C for about 3 minutes until crispy brown.
