Tajin is een melange van gedroogde limoen, zout en chilipepers (een combinatie van chilipepers de arbol, guajillo en pasillo). Super populair in Amerika en Mexico. Smaak zeer goed bij fruit, groente, chips, burgers, cocktails, marinades, bbq etc.

In our opinion it tastes better than the herbal Takis Fuego. You can also create your own takis chips or variants.

Ingredients: Mixture 3 peppers, sea salt, citric acid (E330), hydrated lemon juice and 0.5% silicon dioxide (E551) as an anti-caking agent.
