Bakso Goreng is a tasty snack, also a great snack with a meal. Serve with chili or sweet and sour dipping sauce.
Requirements: 300gr finely chopped chicken fillet, 100gr finely chopped shrimp, 3 eggs, possibly 20gr dried ebi (dry shrimp) and sunflower or soybean oil.
Ingredients: tapioca flour, spices, mononatirum glutamate, salt, pepper, baking powder.
