One teaspoon of green tea is approximately equal to three teaspoons of matching tea. There is a study done on animals with Matcha, which shows that it can reduce the risk of liver and kidney damage while reducing your sugar levels, triglycerides and cholesterol, but that's a lot of positive effects! Matcha also appears to be more effective than ordinary green tea in terms of counteracting bad bacteria, viruses and fungus in your body.
